Drug interactions:

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors: Avoid concomitant use since serious, sometimes fatal reactions have been reported. Paroxetine hydrochloride should not be used in combination with a MAOI, or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with MAOI.
- Warfarin: Concomitant administration should be undertaken with caution.
- Drugs affecting hepatic metabolism: The metabolism and pharmacokinetics of paroxetine may be affected by the induction or inhibition of drug metabolizing enzymes.
- Tricyclic antidepressants (TCA): Paroxetine hydrochloride may inhibit TCA metabolism.
- Alcohol:Avoid alcohol while taking paroxetine hydrochloride.
Dosage

Missed Dose
